What to Expect with Your At-Home Sleep Study
We make it easy to complete your sleep study from the comfort of your own home. Whether you meet with us in person or by video, our team will guide you through every step.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Your first step is to meet with one of our clinicians, either in person at our office or through a secure video call. During this visit, we will talk through your symptoms, review your medical history, and explain how the at-home sleep study works.
Receiving Your Sleep Device
In-Person Appointment: After your consultation, you will take the device home the same day.
Video Appointment: Your device will be shipped directly to you, may take 4-5 business days.
Completing Your Study
You will use the device for two nights while you sleep. It is small, comfortable, and easy to use. We will provide clear instructions and walk you through the setup so you feel confident using it on your own.
