Ongoing Care

Our commitment to patient care extends beyond the initial sleep study. From diagnostic testing to treatment setup, our team provides continuous guidance to ensure each patient receives the most effective and comfortable therapy. We assist with the selection and setup of CPAP or BiPAP equipment and ensure that patients understand how to use and maintain their devices for optimal results.

In the past, patients were often just given a CPAP by their DME company and were never followed up with. At NextGen, we see our patients two weeks after setup because we found that this is the period when patients are deciding whether to continue therapy. During this visit, we can explore different solutions to meet each patient’s needs, rather than focusing solely on the initial start. At one month, we follow up to make any necessary adjustments and ensure compliance for insurance purposes. At 90 days, we conduct a face-to-face visit to confirm that the patient is progressing well and is in good hands.

We also offer ongoing support through remote patient monitoring and compliance reporting. Clinicians have the ability to review therapy data and make adjustments when needed to help improve treatment outcomes. This approach ensures patients receive consistent oversight and support throughout their care journey.
