Step-by-Step Instructions for Your Telehealth Appointment
Receive Appointment Email
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from NextGen Sleep containing your Telehealth appointment details.

Download and Install Zoom
Download the Zoom app on your device before the appointment:

Laptop/Desktop: Zoom Website
Create a Zoom account if you do not already have one.
Complete New Patient Forms
Fill out all required new patient forms before your appointment.
These forms are mandatory to proceed with your visit.

Portal Account Setup
Click on the “Click here to join the meeting now” link in your email.
You will be redirected to the portal where you will create an account.
Important: Make sure your first name, last name, date of birth, and email address exactly match our records to gain access.
Payment of Copay
Within the portal, you may be prompted to pay your copay before joining the Telehealth session.
Join the Telehealth Session
Join your session at least 5 minutes early to ensure there are no technical issues.
Click the meeting link in your email or portal to start the call.
Your provider will meet with you during this session.
