Step-by-Step Instructions for Your Telehealth Appointment

  1. Receive Appointment Email

    • Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from NextGen Sleep containing your Telehealth appointment details.

    • Example below.

  2. Download and Install Zoom

    • Download the Zoom app on your device before the appointment:

    • Create a Zoom account if you do not already have one.

  3. Complete New Patient Forms

    • Fill out all required new patient forms before your appointment.

    • These forms are mandatory to proceed with your visit.

    • You can access the forms here: New Patient Forms (replace with actual link)

  4. Portal Account Setup

    • Click on the “Click here to join the meeting now” link in your email.

    • You will be redirected to the portal where you will create an account.

    • Important: Make sure your first name, last name, date of birth, and email address exactly match our records to gain access.

  5. Payment of Copay

    • Within the portal, you may be prompted to pay your copay before joining the Telehealth session.

  6. Join the Telehealth Session

    • Join your session at least 5 minutes early to ensure there are no technical issues.

    • Click the meeting link in your email or portal to start the call.

    • Your provider will meet with you during this session.

  7. Technical Support

    • If you encounter any issues with Zoom or accessing the portal, contact NextGen Sleep at (405) 753-6142.
